A note for Jess regarding the Brewaph cheese. Outlawed in 1492 due to its apalling rank odour and its impressive, and horrifying, mobility, this Welsh cheese was mostly made in secret in the dark recesses of slate quarries, or disused coal mines. It is alleged that the dreaded "fire damp" that killed canaries, and blew up miners, may in reality be the gastuous exaust from hidden Brewaph stores.
PS. The word verification for this one was nesse! It would seem that the iconic monster of the cool depths of the Scottish loch is on the move again!
