Hello Sandra Dee (great name), thanks for your comments; we both think it would be a good idea to have a facility where others can send us words. I am working on it, so watch this space. It is funny this blog gets around 100 hits a day, we didn't expect that. The idea was something we just cooked up between ourselves one night on Skype, I am in Spain and my daughter is in England and we miss each other loads. So what turned out to be a funny word game for us has grown bigger! It gives us no end of laughs every evening and we chat and send images to each other trying to get the right one. Jess is out this evening so I am not sure who is posting tonight….you will have to tune in later and see.
Thank you Tempest, keep it up and I like Bringine; to me it sounds more like Indian Raja antiseptic (or balm), but that is maybe because I am currently gripped by medicinal thoughts after Sandra's suggestion of Sizagra which is definitely fatal, serious and infectious!
So glad you all like this blog :-) I have just got home and the first thing I did (and usually do) was to log on and put todays word up. Thought of it while at work... trying to find a word and a meaning and ended up pressing my eyes too much with all the concentration. Always thought that there should be a word for that psycedelic experience.
I agree on the Bringine, although sounds like a good nickname too, or an instruction given to the sales assistant when one is trying on jeans in a Levi shop and can't find the right size.
Loving the blog girls; I was given the URL by a friend after discussing what a funny captcha word I'd encountered could mean.
ReplyDeleteCan you add a feature so we can give you our words for submitting? I always get some classics! :)
For example - stizagra.
ReplyDeleteA pill to cure astigmatisms perhaps?

Stizagra - sounds like an insaine yoga position... definately has a lot of pain associated with it! Surely we can get a good photo for this one mum?!
